Turn ready orders into well-planned routes.
Keep the week’s meal deliveries together. Group nearby addresses, set a sensible stop order and give each driver a clear run.
- Plan by delivery day and area.
- Divide stops between your drivers.
- Keep delivery windows and notes with each order.
Pack the right meals. In the right order.
Your kitchen sees a packing list for each run, with meals grouped by customer and stop. Load the first deliveries where the driver can reach them.

- Keep kitchen packing and delivery plans together.
A clear next stop.

Delivery routing,
without the guesswork.
A few things to know before we talk.
Is the delivery routing really free?
It’s free for Your Prep Hero customers, as part of our paid, done-for-you service. There is no extra routing subscription. It is not a free standalone app.
Is this an alternative to EasyRoutes or Roundtrip?
EasyRoutes is the delivery routing product from Roundtrip. Your Prep Hero is an alternative for meal prep businesses that want routing included with hands-on help across their operation. Our EasyRoutes alternative guide explains the differences.
Can I use the routing software on its own?
Our delivery routing is included for Your Prep Hero customers. If you only need a standalone route planner, the comparison guide will help you weigh that up.
Do you help with setup and our current process?
Yes. We work through your delivery days, areas, order process and packing with you, then set up the routing around how your business runs. The scope and ongoing help are agreed with you.
Make delivery day
easier to run.
Tell us how you take orders, pack meals and get them out the door. We’ll talk through how it can work together.
Routing is free for customers of our
paid Your Prep Hero service.
